Our pistons are designed for the most extreme conditions possible for a given application. We work with leading organizations in their respective fields to make sure our products are developed to allow their engines to realize full performance potential while maintaining durability. We can produce pistons for applications requiring small (1 inch diameter) pistons or large (11 inch diameter) pistons and everything in between. Even though we can precisely duplicate any part if needed, our customers are usually looking for something better and there are always opportunities for improvement identified through development testing for each application.
Our manufacturing experience was developed to produce precision engineering prototypes so we work to tolerance levels that are tighter than OEM requirements. We apply this precision level and attention to detail to all of our products produced in house. We offer aftermarket pistons but do not offer cost reduced copies of OEM pistons. We are an engineering company, not a reverse engineering company. All products are designed and developed for a more severe duty cycle than the original OEM application because we know that our customers push their engines harder and expect our products to work at that same level. We will continue to add new products as we increase our capacity and are always interested to learn about applications where a better piston is needed.
